Working cooperatively with Tandem Architecture, we were able to achieve a high level of thermal performance and aesthetic appeal through close attention to detail and exacting standards of craftsmanship.

Energy Efficient Home near Perth On
Exterior shell construction by Sprucebridge. Constructed as a double wall system with Larson truss technology and Pro Clima air barriers and membranes, this house features R60 walls and R100 attic insulation. We achieved air tightness with the blower door test of less than .5 air changes per hour. The slab on grade, designed by Legalett and installed by Sprucebridge, consists of an 8 inch concrete thermal mass with R48 insulation beneath.
